Important patinated plaster bust representing the Faun of Vienna. the original of which is in the collections of the Louvre museum (marble statue discovered in Vienna in 1820 and dating from the Roman Empire 3 rd quarter of the second century BC) Our copy is in patinated plaster, and is very beautiful quality. It bears the seal of the Louvre Museum with the production number 677. The museum has confirmed to us that the bust was indeed made between 1870 and 1890.
